Support form, WhatsApp community, and feedback – how to reach us.

If the docs don’t get you there, there are several ways to reach us:

Support

  • Support page – describe your issue in the form; we usually reply within one business day.
  • WhatsApp community – for direct exchange there is a German and an English group; the join links are on the support page.
  • In the platform: sidebar → MoreHelp takes you directly to the support page.
Tip
The more context, the faster the help: organization, project, what you expected, and what happened instead – ideally with the error message or pipeline link.

Feedback

Wishes, ideas, or something unclear? Reach us directly via the feedback page – feedback flows into priorities and upcoming product decisions.
