Open the domain overview in the Application Platform and click the domain entry. The detail view shows the DNS type, name, and target value.
1. Open DNS management
Sign in to the provider where your domain is managed. Open the DNS zone or DNS management area for the domain.
2. Create or edit the record
Create a new DNS record or edit the existing record for the same domain. Copy the values from the Platform:
Type:AorCNAMEName: the domain or subdomain from the detail viewValue: the expected target from the detail view
Save the change at your provider.
3. Wait and check again
DNS changes can take a few minutes. Then open the Platform domain overview again or reload the page. If the record is correct, the table shows a check mark.
If it does not work
Check that you edited the DNS zone for the right domain and that the record type exactly matches the Platform. For CNAME records, the same name usually must not have another A record at the same time.
