With a managed server, the platform takes care of everything: we provision the server through our infrastructure, set it up, and operate it. You don’t need an account with any cloud provider.
Creating the server
- In the platform, open Servers → add server → Managed server.
- Set a name and server ID (slug).
- Choose the tier (S, M, or XL) matching your needs.
- Confirm the billing consent: the managed server is billed as an additional monthly item via Stripe on top of your subscription (see Billing).
- Confirm – the platform sets up the server. You receive the root password by email.
The server is then available when creating or editing projects – deployments run automatically, just like with all other server types.
Tip
You can mix at any time: a managed server to get started, later your own cloud servers or your own server – selectable per project.
