Billing works per organization and is only visible to administrators – in the sidebar under Billing.
The pre-release plan
During the pilot phase there is one simple plan:

| Active workspaces | up to 2 at the same time |
| Organization users | up to 10 (including pending invitations) |
| Servers | up to 5 (SSH and cloud servers) |
The billing page shows the current usage per limit as tiles (used/available) and the date of the next billing cycle.
Note
Only running workspaces count towards the workspace limit – shut-down ones don’t take up a slot.
Activating the subscription
- Open Billing and click Activate subscription.
- You are redirected to Stripe Checkout and complete the subscription there (credit card etc. – payment data stays with Stripe).
- After returning to the platform, the subscription is active.
Without an active subscription, the platform blocks creating projects, workspaces, users, and servers and shows a notice dialog (“subscription required”).
Managing the contract
Via Manage contract you open the Stripe customer portal: change the payment method, download invoices, cancel the subscription.
Additional items
Managed servers are billed as additional monthly items via the same Stripe subscription – you’ll see them on the billing page under “Additional services”.
