This website is hosted on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system information, and server log data.
The processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure technical stability and security, and investigate attacks or malfunctions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Contact forms
We use Formspree for contact and inquiry forms. If you submit a form, the data you enter, such as your name, email address, message, and technical metadata related to the request, is transmitted to and processed by Formspree so that we can receive and respond to your inquiry.
The provider is Formspree, Inc. Formspree may process data in the United States and other countries. According to Formspree, appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses, are used for transfers to third countries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to pre-contractual or contractual communication, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the efficient handling of inquiries.

Newsletter
We use Listmonk for our email newsletter. Listmonk is open-source newsletter software that we self-host on the same server infrastructure operated with Hetzner. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process in particular your email address, subscription time, confirmation status, and technical log data to the extent required for subscription, sending, proof of consent, abuse prevention, and unsubscribe handling.
Newsletters are sent only on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email or by contacting us. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Because Listmonk is self-hosted by us, newsletter data is not transferred to an external newsletter service provider. Technical storage takes place on our server infrastructure hosted with Hetzner.
